Terms of sale

We supply businesses and registered healthcare professionals only. We do not sell to members of the public, and these terms are a business-to-business contract. You confirm that you are acting in the course of your business or profession.

Certain products may only be supplied to practitioners whose registration we have verified. See our practitioner verification policy.

1. When you send an order request through our website, you are offering to buy the products listed. No payment is taken at this stage.
2. We email you to confirm we have received the request. This is not an acceptance.
3. We check your registration, stock and pricing, then email you a secure payment link for the total due.
4. A contract is formed when you complete payment through that link. We then dispatch your order.

We may decline or cancel any order request before payment, including where we cannot verify your registration, a product is out of stock, or a price has been displayed in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
• Delivery is free on orders of £250 or more. Below that, a delivery charge of £9.95 applies.
• The amount in your payment link is the amount due. Payment links remain valid for 3 working days, after which your request may be cancelled.
• We will issue an invoice for every completed order.

Delivery times and charges are set out in our delivery and returns policy. Delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Because our products are medical devices and temperature-sensitive, we cannot accept returns of products that have left our control, except where they are faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered.

Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report any problem within 48 hours. To do so, reply to any email we have sent you, or write to us at FS NW Wholesale Ltd, 9 Braybrook Court, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD8 7BH, with your order reference and photographs where possible. Where a claim is accepted, we will replace the product or refund its price.

You are responsible for the safe and lawful use of the products you buy, including following the manufacturer's instructions for use, obtaining informed consent, holding appropriate insurance and working within the scope of your professional registration.

Product information on our website is provided for professional reference and does not replace the manufacturer's instructions for use. You must not resell products to members of the public.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

If a manufacturer or regulator issues a safety notice or recall affecting a product you have bought, we will contact you using the details on your order. You agree to follow any reasonable instructions we pass on.

• We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you send your order request applies to that order.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
