Practitioner verification

Fillerstore supplies aesthetic products to qualified professionals only. We verify every new customer before their first order is dispatched, so the products we sell are used safely and responsibly.

1. Who can buy

You can order from us if you hold current registration with one of the following:

  • General Medical Council (GMC): doctors
  • Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC): nurses
  • General Dental Council (GDC): dentists
  • General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC): pharmacists

Other practitioners may be able to buy consumables, peels and selected products. Choose "Other" at checkout and tell us about your qualifications and insurance, and we will let you know what we can supply.

2. How verification works

  1. Enter your registration body and registration or PIN number at checkout.
  2. We check your details against the public register of that body.
  3. We may ask for further evidence, such as photo ID, proof of qualifications or insurance.
  4. Once verified, we send your payment link. Verification is usually completed within one working hour during opening times.

3. Keeping your account verified

We may re-check registration from time to time. Please tell us straight away if your registration status changes. We will not supply regulated products to anyone whose registration has lapsed, been suspended or carries conditions that prevent their use.

4. Refusing supply

We may decline any order where we cannot verify your registration or have concerns about how products will be used. Details of how we handle your verification data are in our privacy policy.
